Description

Thameslink are running a reduced service in line with government advice, passenger demand and staffing availability.

You can find further information regarding the Thameslink timetable here.

Changes to timetables

In early September, Thameslink changed the times of trains across their network to support the return of schools and colleges.

The new timetable is designed to balance the needs of customers across the network. While more trains will run across the network compared to August 2021, some individual routes will see a reduction. This is to ensure train services are as reliable as possible at a time when our colleagues continue to be affected by the disruptive impact of coronavirus over the past eighteen months.

Services on Saturdays and Sundays will remain the same; however, engineering work will affect services on some days. Please check our engineering work page for more information.

Thameslink will continue to monitor customer demand and respond to feedback. We will update you if any further changes will be made.

Face coverings advice:

From Monday 19 July, restrictions in England have changed. In crowded places, please wear a face covering (unless exempt) out of respect of others and please be considerate of other passengers and rail staff.

Please be aware that if you are using TfL (Transport for London) services for any part of your journey, it remains mandatory to wear a face covering (unless exempt).
