Amended overnight trains to / from Burnham, Taplow and Henley-on-Thames from Monday 10 to Thursday 13 May

Overnight engineering work is taking place between Maidenhead and Reading closing 2 out 4 lines.

Each night between 23:15 and 05:00, finishing 05:00 Friday morning, the following trains will not be able to call at Burnham or Taplow. Customers should travel via Slough for a connecting bus service to / from Burnham and Taplow.

Monday to Thursday:

  • The 22:51 Newbury to London Paddington
  • The 23:52 London Paddington to Reading.

Tuesday to Friday:

  • The 00:18 Reading to London Paddington.
  • The 00:34 London Paddington to Reading

As a result of this engineering work,  from Monday to Thursday between 21:00 and until the end of service, trains between Henley-on-Thames and Twyford will run to an amended timetable.

Also Tuesday to Friday, the 00:18 Henley-on-Thames to Reading will terminate at Twyford with rail connection to Reading.
